We’re working with a leading interior fit-out contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across the UK leisure and hospitality sector. They’re looking to appoint a Site Manager to take ownership of live projects, starting with a £1M–£1.5M refurbishment in Norwich, before moving onto a national pipeline of works.
The Role
You’ll be the number one on site, responsible for the day-to-day delivery of fast-paced refurbishment projects in live environments. Scope includes:
- Changing rooms, showers, and circulation areas
- Gym and fitness space upgrades
- Full clubroom refurbishments (reception, bar, finishes)
Projects are typically phased and client-facing, so stakeholder management and organisation are key.
