Central & West London

Salary up to £60k

Super Prime Residential | Aftercare | Small Works

One for those who prefer spinning a few plates… rather than sitting on one big job for 18 months. I’m working with a Prime Residential contractor delivering some seriously high end refurb projects across Central & West London. The difference with this role? It’s all about what happens after the main project completes.

The Role

You’ll step in once the major refurb is finished - managing the ongoing relationship with UHNW clients and overseeing everything that follows:

  • Snagging & defects
  • Small works packages
  • Client changes and requests
  • Maintaining standards post-completion

The classic: “While you’re here… can we just change this one thing?” (Which, as we know, is never just one thing.)
