We’re working with a very well-respected design studio that’s known for delivering beautifully crafted workplace and hospitality interiors. The team is very busy at the moment, with a strong pipeline of projects, and they’re looking to bring in a Senior Interior Architect to help support the associates and wider design team. They’re looking for someone genuinely creative, technically strong and confident working in Revit. This role would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on with projects, collaborating closely with the team and helping bring thoughtful, design-led spaces to life. The studio has a friendly and collaborative culture, so personality matters just as much as experience. They want someone who can slot into the team naturally, take ownership of projects and help keep things moving.
Responsibilities
- Support associates across multiple live projects
- Lead projects through concept, design development and technical delivery
- Produce detailed drawing packages and technical documentation in Revit
- Develop creative design concepts and presentation material
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and suppliers
- Attend client meetings and site visits when required
- Help mentor and support more junior team members
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high creative and technical standard
Requirements
- Strong experience working as an Interior Architect within a design-led studio
- Revit skills are essential
- Portfolio demonstrating largely workplace interiors, with an element of hospitality
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability, clear passion for the later stages of a project
- A creative eye with a passion for well-crafted interiors
- Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Someone proactive, positive and happy taking ownership of their work
- Previous experience supporting junior team members would be beneficial
