An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Health & Safety Manager to join a leading construction and property group delivering prestigious, high-value projects across London and the Home Counties. This role will oversee health, safety and wellbeing across a diverse portfolio including luxury residential developments, heritage refurbishments, and technically complex science and higher education projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Health & Safety strategy
- Provide expert guidance on CDM regulations, risk management, and safe systems of work
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews
- Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
- Support project and pre-construction teams with risk assessments and methodologies
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
- Mentor and support Health & Safety Advisors across the business
- Produce KPI reports and support board-level reporting
About You
- NEBOSH Diploma qualified
- IOSH/CMIOSH chartered or working towards chartership
- Proven senior-level Health & Safety experience within construction
- Strong understanding of UK construction legislation and CDM regulations
- Experience across high-value residential, heritage or technically complex projects preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused
