We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Project Lead to take ownership of a circa £15m heavy refurbishment project in Zone 1. Our client will be looking for an individual who has previous experience delivering a project of a similar nature, and can provide references (professional team or contractor) to qualify this.
Sound commercial understanding (will have QS support) and programme management will be crucial. As is the case with any heavy refurbishment project, especially in Central London, taking a proactive approach and having the ability to adapt will be key to ensuring the project remains on programme and on budget.
2 Stage Tender Experience is necessary, if you have no experience you will unfortunately not be considered.
The Salary: In return our client is willing to offer a salary ranging anywhere from £80,000 - £100,000 + Travel Expenses & Healthcare, Pension.
