What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading commercial workplace projects from pitch through to completion.
- Owning the creative narrative, concept, space planning, materiality and detail.
- Working closely with pre-construction and delivery teams to ensure design intent is protected.
- Producing and overseeing detailed technical packages in Revit.
- Presenting confidently to clients and stakeholders.
- Balancing creativity with programme, cost and buildability.
- Mentoring junior designers and elevating overall studio output.
