Space Planner – Commercial Workplace Fit-Out – D&B £45,000 - £50,000 I Permanent I London I AutoCAD, Revit This is a technically driven Space Planner position within a fast-moving commercial workplace environment. You’ll sit close to the sales function, turning early-stage conversations into viable, well thought-out spatial strategies. You’ll be stress-testing ideas, producing intelligent test-fits and creating layouts that balance density, compliance and real-world usability. Produce initial layouts and high-quality test-fits at speed Assess building constraints, regulations and compliance considerations Refine layouts based on commercial, technical and client feedback Maintain high drawing standards in AutoCAD and Revit Proven experience in commercial workplace space planning Strong technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit advantageous. Solid understanding of UK workplace standards, compliance and building constraints Comfortable working in a sales-led environment with shifting priorities Able to manage multiple projects without compromising accuracy
