An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Document Controller to join one of London’s leading D&B practices, known for delivering standout office spaces for some of the UK’s most recognisable brands.
About the Role:
You’ll be joining a fast-paced, design-led environment where collaboration is key. As Document Controller, your role is vital to ensuring seamless communication and document flow across multiple projects – helping to raise standards and streamline delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the document control process for all live projects, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
- Act as the internal Procore lead – supporting the full implementation of the platform across the business.
- Work closely with project managers, design teams, site teams, and external consultants to maintain compliant and consistent documentation.
- Develop and maintain internal document control procedures and protocols.
- Train and support team members on Procore functionalities, ensuring best practice is followed.
- Assist with audits, compliance checks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction, fit-out, or architectural industry.
- Strong, hands-on experience with Procore is essential – ideally with experience implementing or supporting a system roll-out.
- Organised, methodical, and confident working across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
