We’re excited to be partnering with a team known for creating workplaces that people love to be in. They blend creativity, strategy, and delivery like no one else, and right now, they’re looking for a Creative Lead with an Architectural background to help shape what’s next.

This is more than a senior design role - it’s a chance to lead with vision, bring teams together, and work closely with clients and architects to make truly meaningful spaces. If you’re hands-on, passionate about workplace design, and ready to step into a role where you can have a real impact, this could be the perfect move.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a talented, collaborative design team and guiding them through exciting, high-profile projects
  • Working closely with architectural practices, taking projects from RIBA Stage 2 and seeing them through with care and creativity
  • Playing a key role in pitches and winning new work with confidence and warmth
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Confidence and experience working with the team on site as projects progress through to later stages
  • Driving fresh, thoughtful concepts and ensuring design quality through to delivery
  • Bridging the gap between design and delivery - always with the bigger picture in mind
  • Representing the studio in a way that’s clear, inspiring, and distinctly you
Requirements
  • A background in architecture, with experience across all RIBA stages
  • Time spent at Associate/Director level in a leading AJ100 practice
  • Strong knowledge of D&B contracts - experience in a D&B studio is a big plus
  • A strong and engaging portfolio showing a clear passion for workplace interiors
  • A confident, approachable leadership style - someone who mentors and brings people with them
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect easily with clients, both new and long-standing
  • Proficiency in Revit and a solid grasp of the tools that support great design
  • An understanding of the studio, the brand, and the drive to keep pushing it forward
