A long-established, family-run business operating across agriculture, construction, civils and groundworks is looking for a hands-on Contracts Manager ready to take real ownership – and ultimately step into an MD role long term.

🔧 The Role

You’ll be running projects across construction, civils, groundworks and agri-build, managing labour, subcontractors, plant and materials, while building strong relationships with farmers, landowners and owner‑managed clients. No corporate noise. No remote working. Real work, real accountability.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Lead project delivery across multiple sites
• Manage resources, safety, quality and commercials
• Price small‑medium works and support larger tenders
• Develop teams and raise delivery standards
• Help drive long‑term strategy and succession
