Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator with experience in the Design & Build sector? We’re working with a dynamic and fast-growing London-based D&B company known for delivering innovative commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects. They are now looking to expand their team with a skilled Contract Administrator to support project delivery and commercial operations.
About the Role:
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth management of contracts, documentation, and project coordination. You’ll be working closely with project managers, commercial teams, and subcontractors to support the successful delivery of high-quality interiors and workplace projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Maintaining accurate contract records and documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Supporting project teams with procurement and tender processes
- Monitoring key contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Managing contract variations, RFIs, and change orders
- Assisting with project reporting, cost tracking, and commercial administration
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure compliance and coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator (or similar role) within the construction or fit-out industry
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a D&B environment (commercial interiors preferred)
