I’m working with a long-established main contractor who’ve been operating in the West End for over 40 years, delivering a mix of refurbishment and fit out projects across Soho, Covent Garden, and Carnaby.

You’ll be working directly alongside the Managing Director, Contracts Manager, and Construction Director, getting hands-on mentorship and exposure you simply wouldn’t find in a larger business.

They’ve built a fantastic long-term relationship with Shaftesbury Plc, who own much of the West End’s most recognisable streets. Projects range from small works to larger schemes up to £5m, often involving listed buildings and complex heritage refurbishments.

They’re looking for someone with a degree in construction (or similar) and a few years of site based experience. The key thing is personality: someone presentable, personable, and a great communicator, with the drive to learn and grow into full project responsibility over time.
