This one’s for the senior operators. I’m recruiting for a Senior Site Manager / Site-Based Project Manager to take full ownership of a £5.7m refurbishment, extension and full luxury fit out of a 100-year-old property in Richmond. This is a flagship project for the business - complex, design-led, and delivered to exacting standards. If you’re someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys running a project end-to-end, this is a standout opportunity.
The Project:
- £5.7m prime residential scheme
- Structural works with complex sequencing
- Timber frame extension
- Full high-end fit out throughout
- Approx. 18-month programme
You’ll have full responsibility for delivery on site.
