We’re partnering with a leading UK architecture and design practice to find a Senior Landscape Architect ready to lead the design and delivery of high-quality public realm and masterplanning projects. This role is ideal for a Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with a proven track record in team leadership, project delivery, and sustainable, design-led thinking.
You’ll be based in the London studio as part of a close-knit local team, while staying connected to a broader national group through hybrid working, collaboration, and regular team meetups. Responsibilities- Lead landscape and public realm projects through all RIBA stages
- Oversee project delivery, client engagement, and resource management
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors
- Present design proposals and reports to clients, authorities, and stakeholders
- Develop high-quality design strategies, technical packages, and tender documentation
- Manage budgets, timelines, and project milestones
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development
- Support business development and bid submissions when required
- Champion innovation and sustainability in all design work
- Chartered Landscape Architect (CMLI) with UK project experience
- Strong leadership in delivering complex landscape or urban realm projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- High-level design and technical detailing ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and SketchUp (Revit is a plus)
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
