Our client is a leading global name in the office design and fit-out market, looking for confident, driven Business Development Callers to join their sales team. About the role

The successful candidates will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective clients across French, Italian or German speaking markets, generating new business leads and building strong, lasting relationships. This is a fast paced, target driven environment where hard work and results are recognised and celebrated.

Key responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients in French, Italian and/or German speaking territories
  • Identifying new business opportunities and qualifying leads
  • Building rapport and trust with prospective clients from the first conversation
  • Working closely with the wider sales team to convert leads into long term business relationships
  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads and pipeline activity on the CRM
  • Consistently hitting and exceeding personal and team targets

What is being looked for

  • Fluent (native or bilingual level) French, Italian or German, spoken and ideally written
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • A genuine interest in sales and business development
