The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial office fit-out sector. You’ll act as a key part of our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the London and wider UK commercial property market
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including landlords, agents, project managers, and end users
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry networking events, pitch meetings, and client presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and pre-construction to develop compelling proposals
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy and positioning

About You

  • Proven experience in a business development role within the commercial design and build or fit-out sector
  • Ideally, experience working with or for companies in the Design and Build Sector
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify opportunities others might miss
  • Self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • A genuine passion for workplace design, client experience, and building long-term relationships
  • CRM experience is preferred
