The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the commercial office fit-out sector. You’ll act as a key part of our growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the London and wider UK commercial property market
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers including landlords, agents, project managers, and end users
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
- Represent the company at industry networking events, pitch meetings, and client presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and pre-construction to develop compelling proposals
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy and positioning
About You
- Proven experience in a business development role within the commercial design and build or fit-out sector
- Ideally, experience working with or for companies in the Design and Build Sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify opportunities others might miss
- Self-starter, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- A genuine passion for workplace design, client experience, and building long-term relationships
- CRM experience is preferred
