We’re specialists in fit-out, architecture, and high-end residential recruitment. Lead the Fit-Out Desk: Own it with a personal billing target of £250k+.
Mentor the HER team, build them into a high-performing unit.
Bring fresh ideas, raise standards, and join leadership discussions.
Client Relationships: Be the face of Bigblue at industry events, grow client accounts, and win new business.
