The Role

  • Lead the Fit-Out Desk: Own it with a personal billing target of £250k+.
  • Coach and Develop: Mentor the HER team, build them into a high-performing unit.
  • Strategic Growth: Bring fresh ideas, raise standards, and join leadership discussions.
  • Client Relationships: Be the face of Bigblue at industry events, grow client accounts, and win new business.
  • Market Expertise: Ideally, you know fit-out, but if not, you’re ready to learn fast.
