Site Manager – Lab Fit-Out

£270–£320 per day
I’m working with a contractor delivering a £1.2m lab fit-out project in Woking.
They need an experienced Site Manager who’s comfortable with the added complexity of lab environments, managing site delivery day to day and keeping the project on track through to completion.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day site delivery on a £1.2m lab fit-out
- Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades
- Keeping programme, quality and H&S on track throughout
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with lab or specialist fit-out exposure
- Comfortable managing projects around the £1.2m mark
- Strong site leadership and organisational skills
