I’m working with a quality-led main contractor delivering a £25m luxury hotel scheme near Windsor.
They need an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on delivery, overseeing programme, budget, stakeholder management and site coordination through to handover. It’s a high-profile scheme, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing complexity and keeping a wide range of stakeholders aligned.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading delivery on a £25m luxury hotel scheme through to handover
- Managing programme, budget and risk across the project
- Coordinating site delivery and subcontractor relationships
- Managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering hotel or high-end hospitality projects
- Strong background in construction project management on £20m+ schemes
- Confident managing programme, risk, budget and subcontractor relationships
- Experience working in a live environment and with listed buildings is beneficial
- Working knowledge of civils packages would be a strong plus
