Site Manager – CAT B Fit-Out

£270–£320 per day
I’m working with a fit-out contractor delivering a £3.5m CAT B commercial office project in Slough.
They’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of delivery on site, keeping subcontractors coordinated, the programme on track and standards high through to a smooth handover.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day site delivery of a £3.5m CAT B fit-out
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Keeping the programme, quality and H&S on track through to completion
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial CAT B fit-out projects
- Comfortable managing projects around the £3.5m mark
- Strong organisational and site leadership skills
