Site Manager – Commercial Fit-Out

I’m working with a leading main contractor specialising in D&B fit-out and refurbishment of commercial office buildings across London and the surrounding counties, on projects ranging from £500k up to £7m.
Due to an increase in workload, they’re looking for driven, experienced Site Managers who can manage commercial office fit-outs around London. It’s a friendly working environment with low staff turnover and a structured growth plan, so there’s real opportunity for the right person to build something longer term.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing commercial office fit-out projects across London
- Overseeing day-to-day site delivery on projects up to £7m
- Working within a business with a structured growth plan
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Driven, hard-working approach with a results-focused mindset
- Comfortable managing fit-outs across a range of project values
