Site Manager - CAT A/B Fit-Out

£270-£320 per day
I'm working with a fit-out contractor delivering a £1.8m CAT A/B commercial office project in Bermondsey.
They're after an experienced Site Manager to run the site day to day, covering both the shell works and the fit-out through to completion, keeping everything moving to programme and to standard.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing day-to-day site delivery across a £1.8m CAT A/B fit-out
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades through both CAT A and CAT B phases
- Keeping programme, quality and H&S on track
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial CAT A/B fit-out projects
- Comfortable managing projects around the £1.8m mark
- Strong site leadership and organisational skills
