Senior Technical Architect – High-End Resi – Client Side
£55,000 – £65,000 I Permanent Role I NW London I ArchiCAD
As a Senior Technical Architect, you’ll be a key player in delivering high-end residential projects, taking responsibility for detailed design stages through to completion. Working closely with a collaborative team of Architects, Designers, and Design Managers, you’ll produce detailed technical drawings in ArchiCAD, support on-site and be a support for more junior technical team members.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality detailed drawings across various scales using ArchiCAD.
- Collaborate with Architects, Designers, and Design Managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Lead technical solutions on luxury residential schemes, ensuring compliance and excellence.
- Coordinate with external consultants and contractors throughout all project stages.
- Contribute to problem-solving sessions and support junior team members with technical guidance.
Requirements
- 7+ years post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on high-end residential projects.
- A proven track record of delivering detailed design packages to the highest standards.
