We’re working with one of London’s most respected D&B fit-out specialists to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead major schemes across the capital. You’ll take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to handover, with the backing of a strong delivery team, reliable supply chain and supportive leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running flagship fit-out projects valued between £4 million and £8 million
- Leading all client communication, site teams, supply chain and reporting
- Driving programme, quality, budget control and safety on site
- Working closely with the Commercial team to maximise margin and client satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
- Proven track record delivering commercial fit-outs £3 million and above
- D&B experience in Central London (CAT A and B preferred)
- Strong communicator who’s confident managing demanding stakeholders
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as standard
- Professional, detail-driven and solutions-focused
