I’m working with a well-respected Design and Build firm in the City who are looking to bring in a Senior Pre-Contracts Manager to lead on tenders across projects ranging from £500k to £5m. This is a key commercial role in the business — you’ll take ownership of the front-end process, working closely with clients, design teams, and the commercial lead to develop compelling bids that win work.
