- Support procurement by producing specification content, schedules and construction pack deliverables.
- Maintain version control and manage drawing issue processes; liaise with contractors/sub‑contractors to resolve queries.
- Occasionally attend site visits to review progress, quality of fit‑out and verify that the installation aligns with design documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Technical Designer (or similar) working within the commercial office/interiors/fit‑out sector.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and CAD and creation of 2D/3D documentation.
- Demonstrable experience interpreting concept designs, translating to construction‑ready drawings and coordinating across multi‑discipline teams.
- Familiarity with fit‑out components (partitions, ceilings, MEP coordination, finishes, FF&E interfaces) and the commercial workplace environment.
- Good understanding of British Standards, contract documentation and construction processes relevant to interior fit‑out.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability and ability to manage multiple live projects under tight timelines.
- Strong communication skills—able to present technical information clearly to both design and site teams.
- Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to engage collaboratively within a fast‑paced, design‑led environment.
Desirable Attributes
- Experience in design & build (D&B) or interior fit‑out contractors or Architecture.
- Exposure to RIBA Stages 3–5, especially technical design and delivery phases.

What You’ll Get
- Opportunity to join a leading commercial fit‑out & workplace design firm, working on high‑profile and high‑quality client projects.
