I'm working with a leading London-based Commercial Design & Build studio with ambitious plans for continued growth. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who can get under the skin of an organisation, understand how its people actually work, and turn that into workplace strategies and design briefs that stack up. You'll be engaging with clients from the earliest stages of a project, working alongside senior design and leadership teams throughout.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading workplace strategy and consultancy projects across major commercial office schemes
- Running client workshops, interviews, stakeholder engagement and discovery sessions
- Undertaking workplace research, utilisation studies and data analysis
- Developing workplace strategies, briefs and recommendations that inform the design process
- Presenting strategic thinking and recommendations to senior client stakeholders
- Working closely with Interior Design, Pre-Construction and Project teams to make sure strategy lands in the built environment
- Supporting pitches and helping grow the studio's workplace strategy offering

- Strong experience in commercial workplace / office interiors
