About the Company

Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for an established but ambitious estimator to join their team in Farnham and help deliver projects up to circa £3m. The client is passionate about creating inspiring interiors that meet the needs of their clients and they pride themselves on delivering outstanding results.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a estimator with a proven track record to join their experienced team in Farnham. Your primary objectives of the role will be managing the estimating on projects.

The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate tenders
• Send out and manage subcontractor enquiries
• Prepare take-offs and bills of quantities
• Assist with pricing variations and value engineering
• Work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
• Help maintain and develop internal pricing databases and tender libraries
