Site Manager - experienced in working on one-off, bespoke, luxury projects in the West End. Working for a contractor who has been going for almost a decade now, specialising in the high-end residential space, delivering unique projects in the £1-3m range.
Responsibilities: As a Site Manager, you would be running your own job with a PM above you. Majority of projects are in Zone 1 of London (Islington, Marylebone, Covent Garden etc). Single dwellings with extensions to the rear, basement digs, structural alterations, cut & carve elements, all the way through to the luxury fit-out. The business takes on no more than 7 projects at a time, which means they can really focus on the quality and finish rather than chasing the numbers.
Experience working on similar high-end residential projects is required. Salary in the £50,000 - £65,000 range + Package.
