I'm working with a fit-out contractor delivering a £1.6m CAT B commercial office project in Paddington.
They need an experienced Site Manager to manage the site day to day, keeping trades coordinated and the project moving smoothly through to a high-standard finish.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing site delivery on a £1.6m CAT B fit-out
- Coordinating subcontractors and keeping the programme on track
- Maintaining quality and H&S standards throughout
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial CAT B fit-out projects
- Comfortable managing projects around the £1.6m mark
- Strong communication and organisational skills
