I'm working with a fit-out contractor who are looking for a Carpentry-based Working Foreman to join a live gym fit-out project in Bristol.
You'll be hands-on on site, leading from the front and helping keep the works moving across the programme.
We're looking for someone with a strong carpentry background who is comfortable taking responsibility on site and managing the day-to-day delivery of the works.
What you'll be doing
- Working hands-on alongside the site team
- Leading and coordinating carpentry and general fit-out works
- Managing day-to-day site activities and keeping the programme moving
- Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives Maintaining site standards, quality and health & safety
- Liaising with the site management team and reporting on progress
Requirements
- Strong carpentry background
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or similar
- Fit-out experience, ideally within commercial or leisure environments
- SSSTS
- Good understanding of site health & safety
