We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a £25m luxury hotel scheme near Windsor. Working with a high-quality main contractor, this is a key site-based role ensuring safe, efficient, and high-standard delivery through to handover.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on hotel or high-end hospitality projects
- Strong background delivering large-scale construction schemes (£10m–£30m+)
- Confident managing subcontractors, site coordination, sequencing, and day-to-day delivery
- Strong understanding of health & safety, quality control, and programme adherence
- Experience working in live environments and/or listed buildings beneficial
- Able to report into Project Management and drive on-site progress effectively
