Assistant Project Manager in West End

Assistant Project Manager Bond Street, London I'm working with a well-established fit-out contractor on a £4m listed commercial refurbishment in the heart of Bond Street. It's a 24-week project across six floors, with a really strong mix of high-end construction work. You'll be involved across MEP, bespoke joinery, heritage works and structural elements, so this isn't your standard office fit-out. You'll be working closely with the wider project team and getting involved in the day-to-day delivery of a complex refurbishment, helping keep the programme, quality and coordination on track. What you'll be doing: * Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day delivery of the project * Coordinating MEP, bespoke joinery and specialist packages * Working within a listed / heritage building * Supporting structural works and construction coordination * Monitoring programme, quality and site progress * Working closely with subcontractors, consultants and the wider site team * Helping ensure the project is delivered safely and to the required standard The project: * £4m commercial refurbishment * 24-week programme * Bond Street, London * Six floors * Listed building * High-end finishes * MEP * Bespoke joinery * Heritage works * Structural works What you'll need: * Previous fit-out / refurbishment experience * Experience working on commercial projects * CSCS * SMSTS * First Aid * Strong understanding of site delivery and subcontractor coordination * Good communication and organisation skills This is a good opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager who wants to get stuck into a high-value, technically interesting refurbishment project in a prime Central London location.
