The Project: £8.5m Super Prime residential project in Kensington. The project is programmed to take just over a year and involves the full strip out of a 5 bed town house, minor structural/internal reconfiguration, pool being added to the existing basement, roof terrace, complete fit out, and bespoke finishes throughout.
The Business: Family run company delivering exceptional projects for the past 20 years. The business is looking to double its size and turnover in the next few years from £25m to £50m. Based in the West End, they take on projects from £1-20m.
The Role: As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering the £8.5m project all the way through to completion. Managing a team of Sub-Contractors, ensuring the project is run on schedule, reporting into a visiting PM with a Site Manager below you. A keen eye for detail is essential for this position as the quality of finish is up there with the best.
