About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to join our esteemed team in London. As a Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile super prime residential projects, valued anywhere between £2m and £10m+, in one of the most exclusive markets in London. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
3. Implement effective project management methodologies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
4. Manage project teams, conduct performance reviews, and provide guidance and support.
5. Monitor construction progress, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement best practices for health, safety, and environmental standards.
6. Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 8 years\’ experience in project management, specifically in the super prime high-end residential market.
2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, high-value residential projects on time and within budget.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and relevant industry standards.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
6. A proactive problem solver with keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality.
