About the Role
They are seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in the fit-out sector to join their experienced delivery team. The primary mission will be to take the reins of hospitality projects from inception to handover, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the exacting standards the brand is known for.
Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Project Delivery: Leading the end-to-end execution of hospitality fit-outs, ensuring site teams and subcontractors hit every milestone on the program.
- Contract Management: Overseeing contracts with clients and vendors, negotiating terms, and ensuring all parties are held to the highest standards of compliance and safety.
- Financial Oversight: Monitoring project budgets closely to maximize efficiency and profitability. You will work alongside the commercial team to track variations and manage costs effectively.
- Risk & Quality Control: Proactively identifying potential site bottlenecks or risks and implementing swift solutions. You will be the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring every finish meets standards.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience throughout the build.
