Quantity Surveyor – Design & Build Fit Out Contractor Location: Manchester Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Bonus This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic design and build fit out contractor in Manchester who, despite only being 5 years old, are already taking the market by storm. As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be site-based across Manchester, running fit out projects typically valued between £1m and £10m. You’ll play a key role in the successful commercial delivery of projects while benefiting from unbeatable training, career progression, and excellent flexibility. Responsibilities: * Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of site-based fit out projects. * Prepare and manage cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts. * Procure subcontractors, negotiate terms, and manage ongoing accounts. * Provide accurate cost reporting, cash flow forecasts, and commercial advice to the project team. * Monitor budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved. * Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners. * Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth delivery on site.
