We’re working with a well-respected construction company based in Berkshire that is looking for a Project Administrator to join their growing team. This is a varied role combining general project support with some PA responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: * Providing day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and site teams * Coordinating project documentation, updating trackers, and maintaining project files * Preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and schedules * Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients * Booking meetings, managing diaries, and arranging travel for senior management * Supporting with ad hoc office administration to keep everything running smoothly What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the construction industry is essential * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and attention to detail * Confident using Microsoft Office and document control systems * A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude What’s on offer: * Salary of £30,000 – £35,000 depending on experience * A stable, friendly, and supportive working environment * Career progression opportunities within the company * Free parking and a well-located Berkshire office
