You will take the lead on large cut and carve and refurbishment tenders over £20m, playing a pivotal role in securing high-value projects and supporting the company’s ambitious growth.
As Senior Estimator, you will:
- Lead the preparation and submission of competitive tenders for projects over £20m
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and contract documents to prepare detailed cost plans
- Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, quotations, and comparisons
- Work closely with pre-construction, operations, and directors to develop winning strategies
- Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and value engineering solutions
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and interviews as the commercial lead on tenders
- Support project handover to delivery teams and mentor junior estimators
