Role: Site Manager – Luxury Watch Boutique Fit-Out Location: Leeds (site-based, full time) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some weekend work likely The project High-end retail boutique fit-out for a leading luxury Swiss watch brand inside a live shopping centre. The works include strip-out, structural alterations, MEP installation connecting into the landlord’s systems, and premium finishes and joinery built to the brand’s global store standards. Must-haves * Proven experience running high-end retail or commercial fit-out projects on site * Has worked in a live shopping centre before and can deal confidently with centre management. That includes permits, access, deliveries, out-of-hours working, fire alarm isolations and landlord approvals. * Strong subcontractor management: coordinating trades, sequencing work, holding subbies to programme and quality * Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings, and to resolve design queries on site * Runs health and safety properly: RAMS review, inductions, permits to work, site records and daily checks * Programme management, including look-ahead programmes, progress tracking and weekly reporting * Eye for detail on premium finishes such as joinery, stone, metalwork and lighting, with thorough snagging and protection of finished work * Well presented and comfortable dealing directly with the client, the brand’s representatives and the design team Tickets * SMSTS (in date) * CSCS Black or Gold card * First Aid at Work * Temporary Works Supervisor (desirable) Nice to have * Previous watch, jewellery or luxury fashion boutique projects * Experience with brand-nominated specialist subcontractors and security or confidentiality requirements Practicalities Preference for candidates based locally to Leeds; accommodation can be provided for the right candidate Available to start in November and committed for the full 10 months
