About the Role:
They are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Joinery Estimator to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke joinery and fit-out projects. You’ll be involved in the full pre-construction process — reviewing drawings and specs, preparing take-offs, issuing enquiries to subcontractors, and helping build compelling proposals that win work.
The key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
- Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents for joinery and fit-out projects.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations including materials, labour, and subcontractor costs.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and availability of materials.
- Work closely with the design, production, and project management teams to ensure alignment.
