The Position: Graduate/Junior QS - if you've recently graduated or have been working for a couple of years in the construction industry, this could be a very nice step for you. As a Junior QS, you'll be working with the close-knit commercial team, reporting into a Senior QS. You'll be exposed to the full tender and pre-construction process, as well as working on live projects dealing with the delivery team and sitting in on client meetings. Based in the head office (Paddington) and visiting sites when required.

The Company: Set up almost 30 years ago, this business operates in the Super Prime Residential market in Central London. Winning and delivering one-off, bespoke and luxury projects in the 1-5m range. They turn over about 30m, working on 10 projects at any one time. Head office is based a short walk from Paddington and has a real social/family feel to it. Progression and longevity of their staff is key for them - one member started with the business 28 years ago as a Carpenter and is now one of the Directors.

The Package: Joining this business would see you earning a basic salary of 35,000 - 50,000 (depending on level and experience) + travel. With company nights out and social events.
