As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our high-end hotel build and fit-out projects. You will collaborate closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budgetary objectives are met.
- Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure adherence to project specifications and schedules.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Implement effective project management practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Foster positive working relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and RFIs.
Qualifications:
- A strong background in the building trade with a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects.
