I am looking for a Construction Manager to stand alone and deliver a multi-phased CAT A Fit Out of an office based in the heart of Cambridge.
- The project will run over 3 phases, each lasting between 7-12 weeks.
- During each downtime between phases, the contractor will keep you busy on London projects.
- An ability to work in both Cambridge and London is a must.
- You will be working in a live environment and to a high specification.
- SMSTS / CSCS / 1st Aid as standard.
