Role: Senior Estimator

Location: London (Incredible Office Space – Incredible Views)

Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 + Bonus

We\’re working with a market-leading Fit Out & Refurbishment specialist that has taken the industry by storm since COVID – doubling turnover to £120m in just a few years.

Off the back of this rapid growth, they\’ve attracted some of the sector\’s top talent and are now looking to add a Senior Estimator to their high‑performing commercial team.

This is a standout opportunity to work on major cut & carve refurbishment and cat a/b fit out tenders (£20m+), with a clear path to leadership and the chance to build and run your own division as the business continues to scale.

The Role

• Lead the preparation of detailed and competitive tenders for large-scale commercial projects (£20m+)
• Take ownership of the full estimating process from initial enquiry through to submission
• Work closely with pre‑construction, design, and commercial teams
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost plans
• Manage subcontractor enquiries, pricing, and negotiations
• Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks
• Present and support bids with senior stakeholders and clients
• Report to the Preconstruction Director

About You

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within the fit‑out and/or refurbishment sector
• Strong track record delivering large‑scale commercial tenders (£10m+ ideally, £20m+ preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders
• Ambitious and motivated by progression opportunities
