Role: Full Time Sales Advisor

Location: Canterbury

Salary: £25,400 per annum (OTE £27,940) plus benefits

Hours of work: 40 hours per week - 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the store's opening and closing times.

What You’ll Be Doing

With support and guidance from your managers, a Full Time Sales Advisor plays a key role in improving store performance and maintaining high presentation standards. You should be aligned with our values, focused on building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. We value enthusiasm and a proactive attitude. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service in person, via email, or on the telephone
