Location: Norwich
Salary: £36,721 per annum (OTE £40,393) plus benefits
Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5 out of 7 days, working a mixture of early and late shifts covering the stores opening and closing times.

- Leading from the front and working shoulder to shoulder with your team
- Managing, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your store
- Identifying the potential of your team to ensure there is a strong pipeline of talent
- Creating a working environment where people are happy to come into work
- Full ownership of store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
- Ensuring you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service
- Maintaining commercial awareness of competitors to improve team and store performance
- Taking accountability for all aspects of store operations, including maintaining cleanliness, health and safety standards, monitoring store security and accurate completion of administration
- Promoting a positive and flexible approach to daily management of your store/team
