Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance and developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service and operating according to company values.
Base Pay: £29,627 per annum (OTE £32,589).
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, early and late shifts covering opening and closing times.

- Lead from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with the team
- Manage, recognise and reward the team whilst maximising store performance
- Identify potential in staff to build a strong talent pipeline

- Ensure the highest level of customer service
- Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve performance
- Take responsibility for all store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including cleanliness, safety, security and accurate administration
