Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving store performance and developing the team, delivering exceptional customer service and operating according to company values.

Base Pay: £29,627 per annum (OTE £32,589).

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, early and late shifts covering opening and closing times.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with the team
  • Manage, recognise and reward the team whilst maximising store performance
  • Identify potential in staff to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Create a positive work environment
  • Own the store’s financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve performance
  • Take responsibility for all store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including cleanliness, safety, security and accurate administration
  • Encourage a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/team
