Shift times:

- Saturday: 8:45am – 5:45pm

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, along with strong organisational abilities, be reliable and assured in making effective decisions. This is not a warehouse role. You'll spend most of your time helping customers, finding solutions and ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading from the front to inspire and motivate your team
- Encourage a positive and flexible approach to daily management of the store/team
- Managing, recognising and rewarding your team whilst maximising the performance of your store
- Identify the potential of your team to ensure a strong pipeline of talent
- Full ownership of store financial contribution in order to drive sales and control costs
- Ensure you and your team always provide the highest level of customer service in person, by phone and email
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable storage solutions
- Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve store performance
- Full ownership of the day-to-day running of the store
- Ensure you take accountability for all aspects of store performance and team development
Physical requirements: Some light physical activity is involved, such as moving equipment and carrying out store checks. Full training and equipment are provided.
